Our commission is based on the estimated gross proceeds of the sale and varies.
The commission varies based on the following:
Distance from Traverse
Cleaning services (optional)
Marketing and advertising
Supplies to prepare for and run sale
If your estate items need to be relocated due to a quick sale, the cost of renting a hall is charged accordingly.
We DO NOT include any items other than yours in the sale.
We run an honest sale with fair prices, taxes collected, and an eye on achieving the highest return for you.
